Hosting
This website is served from a server we operate. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (in particular IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system). Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing and securing the site (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted when they are no longer required for these purposes, as a rule after 14 days at the latest, unless longer retention is needed to investigate abuse or to meet legal duties.
Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, the details you send (name, company, email address, phone number if provided, message) are processed in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry aims at a contract or pre-contractual steps; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling the enquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR where consent is given. Data is deleted when the conversation has ended and no statutory retention duties apply. If a contract follows, tax and commercial retention periods may apply.
Cookies
A mere visit to this website does not set tracking cookies and no analytics are used. Data is not passed to advertising networks.
TLS encryption
This site uses TLS encryption. Data you submit cannot be read by third parties in transit.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, where the legal conditions are met. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This includes the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless compelling legitimate grounds apply or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
